About the Book

Strong Is Me traces a journey through experiences that shaped identity, faith, resilience, relationships, and self-perception. Rather than presenting strength as simply enduring what life brings, the book explores what happens when survival is no longer enough—and when becoming whole requires questioning what you have carried, what you have believed, and what you are ready to release.

Throughout the book, Reflection Moments invite readers to pause and consider their own experiences, beliefs, patterns, and truths.

Reflection Moments

The story doesn’t end on the page. It invites you to look at your own.

Throughout Strong Is Me, Reflection Moments create intentional pauses—space to consider what your experiences have taught you, what you may still be carrying, and what becoming whole means for you.

01 — STRENGTH
What have I learned to call strength that may have actually been survival?

02 — IDENTITY
Which parts of who I became were shaped by what others needed or expected from me?

03 — WHOLENESS
What might becoming whole look like if I no longer had to prove how strong I am?

You don’t need the “right” answer. Reflection begins with being willing to ask the question.
